Plastic Injection Moulding
At Clarity Plastics, we produce high-precision injection moulded components and assembled products for customers who require consistent, high-quality results.
Our facility operates more than 50 injection moulding presses from 15 to 800 tonnes, enabling continuous 24/7 production across both high-volume and specialist programmes.
Capabilities include two-shot moulding, ultrasonic welding, and our patented In-Mould Welding technology, supported by modern 6-axis robotic automation for accuracy and repeatability.
We manufacture over 20 million components each year using more than 300 material grades to meet demanding technical and cosmetic specifications.
Materials are delivered through a fully automated handling and drying system to protect quality and prevent contamination. In-process inspection and monitoring ensure every part meets dimensional and customer-specific requirements.
